Yes - That is one of the main areas where The Margin Account Calculator is unique.  You can track both futures and options with the same program.

Can I track stocks and stock options?
Yes - Although this is not the main aim of the software there are users who track their stock and stock option portfolios.  All that is needed is to add the symbols for the stocks you trade onto the contracts specifications screen.  Setting the unit value as 1 will allow the Margin Account Calculator to calulate profit / loss correctly.

Can I link The Margin Account Calculator with my live data feed?
Yes - The Margin Account Calculator allows for the import of live data via DDE.  You simply enter the DDE link code that your data supplier provides and you can track your portfolio in real time.  Any real time data supply is compatible as long as it supports DDE.  If you are unsure whether your live data feed supports DDE - contact your data supplier and ask.
