Margin Account Calculator will pay affiliates based on the amount of confirmed sales that affiliates generate as a result of the affiliates advertising.

Affiliates Obligation

The affiliate is granted to promote The Margin Account Calculator only through means of advertising which are considered to be ethical and professional. The affiliate is not permitted to promote the Margin Account Calculator Affiliate Program on sites that contain wares, adult or sex oriented material, hate material, racist material, illegal material, or anything that is deemed unethical.

Margin Account Calculator's Obligation

The Margin Account Calculator and the owner, Mr. Ian Brant, shall not be held responsible for loss of data, or interruptions caused by technical difficulties with the affiliate program tracking software, should any arise. Affiliate also agrees that they will abide by all copyright and trademark laws in their advertisements

Fees

The Margin Account Calculator Affiliate Program is completely free to join.

Termination

Margin Account Calculator may terminate any affiliate at any time as we feel necessary. Necessary termination includes:

- The affiliate abuses the The Margin Account Calculator affiliate system.
- The affiliate is registered more than once.
- The affiliate sends unsolicited email (SPAM).
- The affiliate post advertisements in newsgroups or forums that do not allow such advertisements.
- Anything else that is considered to be unprofessional or inappropriate.

A terminated account will erase all sales and commissions that the affiliate has been credited. The Margin Account Calculator will also press charges for any damages or loss money due to your actions. "I didn't know" is not a valid excuse.

Cancellation

The affiliate may cancel their affiliation with Margin Account Calculator at any time.

General

The Margin Account Calculator is not responsible for its affiliates actions. The Margin Account Calculator reserves the right to change this agreement at any given time. The Margin Account Calculator makes no warranties expressed or implied. The Margin Account Calculator respects the privacy of all affiliates and will not sell, trade, or give away any personal information submitted to The Margin Account Calculator program.
